HB. 1347 Nigerian Institute of Leather Science Technology (Establishment) Bill, 2018;, EXPLANATORY NOTE;, This Bill seeks to establish the Nigerian Institute of Leather and Science Technology Zaria, to provide Full-time and part-time courses and Research in Engineering Technology, Polymer Technology, Leather Technology, Footwear Technology, Leather Goods Technology, Laboratory Technology, Management and other fields of study;, The Bill will also makes ancillary provision with respect to the composition and membership of the governing Council of the Institute, the appointment of the Director-General/chief Executive Officer and other Staff, Students' discipline and supplemental matters.
