HB. 1582 This Bill may be cited as the Criminal Code Act (Amendment) Bill, 2018;, EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM;, This Bill seeks to amend Section 2(2) of the criminal code act to delete a misleading word that fail to convey the draftman's intent thereby altering the meaning/application of the Section and replacing same with more appropriate word.
