SB. 340 Facility Management Council of Nigeria Bill, 2018;, EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM;, This Bill seeks to establish The Facility Management Council of Nigeria, charged with the responsibilities of among other things: register persons and organisations seeking to practice facility management, set regulations and standards, inspect facilities, discipline erring members, sanction facilities, advance professionalism in the study and practice of facility management, organize expositions, publish books, journals, magazines, and other periodicals, as well as regulate and control the practice of the facility management profession.
