HB. 1231 This Bill may be cited as the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists (Registration) Act (Amendment) Bill, 2017;, EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM;, This Bill seeks to amend the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists (Registration) Act, Cap. M9 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, to include Audiologists, and Prosthetists, and Orthotists in the profession regulated by the Board, create specific functions for the members of the governing board, and to review penalty provisions for erring persons.
