SB. 606 Aged Persons Welfare Agency Bill, 2018;, EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM;, This Bill seeks to establish the Aged Persons Welfare Agency, which shall cater for the welfare of needy aged persons; and will be funded from statutory allocations, 1% of the annual profit after tax of all Pension Fund Administrators in Nigeria as well as donations from persons, corporate organisations and others, such fund shall be utilized and managed by the Agency for the welfare of Aged Persons
